Hello to everyone!
Apparently these sweet, small cookies appeared during the reign of Ludwig XII and it's quite hard to say whether they're French or Italian cookies (it's a complicated story, too many journeys, really) but for me it's an absolutely perfect and delicious mix of almonds, honey, orange peels and dark chocolate. And also these cookies are really easy to make. What you need is a little bit of space, almonds, honey, double cream, orange peels, wafers and smile,
by the way, it's the first rule - you need to smile while you baking! Always!
(In my recipe the Florentines don't need to be baked , but rules stay the rules)

By the way, as a person who is obsessed and totally addicted to the weather (poor me),
I want to inform
everyone that it's WARM (and my coat is resting in my cupboard)
but sun is still on the different planet. OK, I can wait...
Have a great rest of the week!
